Labor Day Weekend May Result in Cancelled Classes
Friday, September 1, starts the Labor Day Weekend. As a result, some classes are being cancelled at The Dance Place. We are uncertain about some of the other classes, but do advise you to check with the teacher before showing up for class.
Definitely not being held:
Viorel (Victor) Balan's class for young dancers - the class will start a new series at 7pm on Friday, September 8.
Phillip Stephens' Ballroom Essentials class, which will also start a new series (on Rumba!) at 7pm on Friday, September 8.
The Dance Place WILL hold the 8-10pm Friday Night Practice Party on September 1.
Classes that May - or may not - Be Held:
You should check with Guennadi to see if he will hold his 7 & 8pm Friday Standard and Latin Classes. You should also see if he will hold his classes on Sunday, September 3.
Gloria Jones holds Salsa classes on Saturdays, but you should check with her before showing up for classes on September 2.
Salsa Eddy (Eddy Deynes) holds classes on Sundays, so you should ask him to see if these classes will be held on September 3.
Vickie Dunn holds a couple of C&W classes on Sunday, but you should ask to see if she will still hold them on September 3.
Monday, September 4, is the "big" day - We strongly advise you to check with the teacher before showing up for any scheduled class.
Remember, too, that some teachers will take that day off, so you should deffinitely check with your teacher before showing up for a private lesson.
