Appel Dance Parties at The Dance Place
Country Western Night
On Saturday, August 20, 2011, please join David Appel at The Dance Place - 3300 Chimney Rock, Suite 500, Houston, TX, 77056 / 713-266-0066 - for a great night of Country Western dancing. The dance will start at 7:00pm and run until 11:00pm, and will feature a fantastic variety of contemporary and classic Country Western dance music. David says: "The music playlist will be the same as a night club, except it will be more dancer friendly!" He will play 2-steps, Night-club2s and all the other C&W dances you love, along with the same great West Coast Swing music he plays at his swing parties.
Cost is $5 for juniors, $10 per adult and no charge for professionals. You may BYOB - setups are available for purchase. Food is not permitted in the ballroom, but the kitchen area is available for sharing snacks with friends.
West Coast Swing Night
Join David Appel at The Dance Place - 3300 Chimney Rock, Suite 500, Houston, TX, 77056 / 713-266-0066 - on Saturday, September 17, 2011, for a great night of West Coast Swing dancing. The dance starts at 8:30pm and runs until 1:00am. This is typically one of the largest and best swing parties in Houston. What makes it so good? The music...And David Appel puts together a terrific playlist. You'll get to dance with people from the general Houston area, but will also get to meet Swing dancers from all over the state and even from other states.
