Football / Country Connection
Vickie Dunn, Miss "Country Petite" of The Dance Place, "tackled" three large football players earlier today. Her mission was to teach them the "Twostep Touchdown," a new NFL tactic.
Vickie worked with Desmond Howard, Julian Peters and Clinton Portis, giving them a "crash course" in Twostep in preparation for some TV entertainment. Vickie's "Game Plan" will air on ESPN2's "Cold Pizza" either Thursday or Friday morning (Jan. 29 or 30) between 8-10 AM.
Seventh Down and ... Samba???
At a party for team managers, owners and players, Milana Pliner and partner Viorel (Victor) Balan will perform some exciting Latin exhibitions, including their sensational Samba. We know the audience is sure to be "wowed" by this rhythmic duo.
MTV Mania
As part of the Superbowl entertainment, MTV is performing a dance segment that they are rehearsing at The Dance Place. The group will be in the studio Thursday and Friday (Jan. 29 & 30) in preparation for their show which we believe is to take place Saturday evening.
The Dance Place is proud to be a part of this year's Superbowl, and wish all players the best of luck.
