Viktoria (Belova) Soto
Viktoria Belova, originally from St. Petersburg, Russia and currently living in Houston, TX, is a competitive dancer. Vika frequently enterscompetitions with students and prepares both professional and amateur couples for competitive events. With former professional partner Eddie Stutts, Viktoria was the 2005 U.S. 10-dance champion in the International Standard and Latin, and she and Eddie were World 10-dance finalists in 2004. They are Ohio Star Ball Standard finalists and Blackpool Rising Star Latin semi-finalists.
