Now into its 26th year, The Dance Place - one of Houston's largest Ballroom Dance Studios - has served the Houston / Galleria area since January 1985.
Training is available for Ballroom, Latin, Country Western, Hustle, Lindy Hop, Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Whip, & other types & styles of dance.
Need to prepare for a wedding dance? We can help, and offer both simple training in how to dance as well as choreographing the couple's "first" dance.
The Dance Place boasts over 30 teachers that are all highly trained and experienced professionals. We offer both group class lessons and training in 1-on-1 sessions called "private" lessons. So, whether you just want to dance for pleasure, enter competitions, perform in shows, go through dance exams, prepare for the company Christmas party, or just socialize with other dancers at Practice Parties, The Dance Place can help you meet your goals.
